I dealt with software QA done by Indian outsourced labor against a direct mail database. They hadn’t even tested whether DNS (do not solicit) was working, and it wasn’t. That right there could land a company in some very hot legal water. I had to re-test everything they did, and even when I gave them clear directions, they did not follow them. Pathetic. They had me freebasing my blood pressure meds.
Bttt...I’ve experienced the same with Indians. Pretty much worthless.
Our company seems to find some pretty good Indians, mostly you can count on their work. There is the exception here and there but they are sent packing quickly.
