This policy leaves it up to the individual to ‘do it or don’t’.
But have to have the jab, still, I bet.
They can’t tell patrons not to wear them if that’s what the patrons want to do.

....we have good friends who still wear masks indoors AND OUTDOORS.... the feddle gubbermint has done a great job of scaring the sh*t out of people.....masks are useless, but still........

I was on Carnival a few weeks ago for ‘Shiprocked’. The crew only tried to enforce masks in the buffet restaurant area.
A critical problem is that cruise lines are in financial hardship such that any money given to them for a reservation could be lost as they file bankruptcy.

I’ve never had any desire to set foot on one of those floating petri dishes before covid. Now, with all the nickel and diming of guests for every little thing, to their banning guests from even bring their own water aboard, there would be absolutely no joy in ever going on a cruise. It’s more like a gilded prison.
Wait, why? Weren’t people flocking to Cruise ships because of their mask policy?
