Elon Musk's Tesla automobile biz is-was built on at least 6 billion in Cali and Fed subsidies. And Elon Musk paid a massive $11 Billion in taxes last year alone, the highest paid by anyone ever in US history in any one year. Why didn't you mention that as well?

There’s the tunnel under San Francisco Bay.

If Musk can send people to the moon and Mars, he can deal with the traffic in Austin if he sets out to do it.

there’s also the chesapeake bay bridge tunnel in virginia...

Yea, most likely the ‘something’ will be a few billion dollars of taxpayer-financed welfare for him. Yeah?
So how have these cities financed their roads before Musk?
To: DesertRhino
Just horrible. For any city putting up with that incredibly expensive construction and the inevitable issues for a few to move a few miles.

You don't know what you are talking about.

I just posted the video. In Va, would get off at the stop before the tunnel.
I did the tunnel in San Francisco...cuz I was with a guy and didn't want him mocking me. I closed my eyes and counted to myself...and thought of that kid with his finger in the dike. LOL

Inventors have been subsidized in one way or another for centuries. They would have contests to encourage inventions.

So... Texas and Miami. I noticed he didn’t mention the 101-405 interchange in CA. That must be too daunting even for him.

How many people have a job thanks to his creations. Amazing!! I like that he’s diverse...unlike Gates’s one pony show.

It would help A LOT to get illegal aliens off the road in TX and FL. Every other car has an alien driver in FL.

That’s completely different geology. If you’ve ever lived in Florida, you’ll know what I’m talking about.
