Maybe. This case is going to languish in the courts for at least a decade. I bet the plaintiff attorneys are the only ones who will see much money at the end of the day.
It’s an agreed settlement. It’s not going to languish at all, that money is going to be paid out. As well it should. As a retired Air Force judge advocate, it surprises me not a whit that the report was negligently omitted. I can only imagine how many others have also not been reported.
