GOP senators steer clear of Trump as rift deepens (yeah, the ones who are safely reelected)

Senate Republicans want his supporters and don’t want to fight with him. But they want the midterms to be a simple referendum on President Joe Biden’s leadership — not on whether the party of Trump will rise again or whether the election was rigged.

A Trump spokesperson made clear there’s no love lost between the president and some quarters of the Senate GOP.

“Nothing screams ‘RINO Loser’ louder than a couple career politicians anonymously claiming to ‘snub’ the most popular Republican in America at a sold out event. Who cares?” said Trump spokesperson Taylor Budowich.

Very misleading article. Why post this dog crap? The article does not say what the title implies.

They don’t even list the people.

This is why I hate the media.

The more people on the byline the more apt it’s going to be false.

Moderator should be asked to take this down.

Yahoo is literally a propoganda pipe organ for the state, that’s why.

Even before perusing the article I know it was a total lie.

If it had any truth to it how is Trump perceived as a fairly effective “kingmaker” even by the democrats, that is why we get stories of Trump fooling people to vote for “bad” ideas.

This same online rag will run stories about how so many people are fooled by Trump. They have no shame posting such contradictions because the people writing it really do believe we are to ignorant and dumb to see what they are doing.

We need to start treating them as what they are and no longer give them any benefit of the doubt.

Great job banning President Trump from social media platforms that are actually read by people and where people might have seen such a fight play out. Good luck getting people to follow your propaganda using “Yahoo News”.

“Very misleading article. Why post this dog crap?”

Cotton’s on our side, I’ve seen enough of his (or her) postings to know that. But it is important for our side to know what our enemies are doing. In my case, once I was able to disable to disconnect my wife from watch NBC News to find out ‘what was going on’, I’ve never even had connection to broadcast or cable TV, and that was over 10 years ago. So these articles let me know just where Left is these days, so I can counter them.

Here’s why:

<>Senate Republicans . . . want the midterms to be a simple referendum on President Joe Biden’s leadership.<>

Vote for us because we aren’t rats doesn’t earn my vote.

The GOP Senate has decided not to run on a platform for 2022. They stand for nothing, apparently.

Have they ever stood for anything?

When Boehner ran the GOP House during Bammy’s last term, it passed some dozens of bills to repeal Obamacare.

President Trump swept dozens into the House and Senate on his coattails, yet Obamacare remains.

Should the pubbies retake Congress, we’ll see a multitude of such bills passed with the certainty that Brandon will veto them.

Yawn. I’ve decided to no longer play the role of Charlie Brown. Just as I didn’t have a dog in the college football playoffs or Superbowl matches, I can watch our Deep State government with disinterested detachment.
