(FWIW, a CR-3 is a low level clerk in GouvFedCan (or at least when I lived in d’Ottawa 30 years ago). An FI-4 is an upper level Funance Officer.

Wrong. She’s an intelligent, cute girl who also lives downtown and is inconvenienced by the truckers. Don’t know what monetary losses she might have incurred; probably saved money by not buying things the truckers didn’t bring in.
