I don’t see the reason for alarm. Newsom will pardon the undocumented killer so that he won’t be deported. It’s all good.

“Pacioni said Gonzalo was a convicted felon who was sentenced to jail in September of 2019 — but the parole board released him after serving just two years of an eight-year and four-month sentence.”

This parole board has the blood of innoncents on their hands.

I hope I live to see the return of public hangings, extrajudicial or not.

How deep would you have to dig to find Soros’ fingerprints all over this?

What an atrocity. Such a very cute couple.

CA Values Act (SB 54)

The CA Values Act (SB 54 - de Leon)
The CA Values Act (SB 54), authored by Pro Tem Senator Kevin de Leon, curtails use of state and local resources from engaging in deportations and create safe spaces, including at schools, health facilities, and courthouses. SB 54 was signed into law on Oct. 5, 2017 and went into effect on Jan. 1, 2018

Defending SB 54 against the Trump administration: The Trump administration sued California in federal court regarding a few provisions in SB 54. The District Court sided with California and granted California’s request to dismiss the claims against SB 54. The Ninth Circuit affirmed. The Supreme Court declined to take up the Trump administration appeal. SB 54 remains binding law in California.

I was unaware of that horrible act, but I presume it is what’s behind the refusal of cities and counties to help the feds deport criminals.

City of Salinas joins lawsuit against President Trump over ‘sanctuary city’ funding

KCBX | By Greta Mart
Published March 7, 2017

On Wednesday, city officials in Salinas voted to sue the Trump administration in federal court over the president’s executive order against sanctuary cities.

The Salinas City Council voted unanimously to file a lawsuit because of the administration’s threat to withhold federal funding to cities that declare themselves in opposition to federal immigration policies.

“It is my opinion that any attempt by the federal government to withhold federal funding from Salinas should it become a sanctuary city would be an unconstitutional act. Certainly, the federal government would disagree with that, which would likely result in the city losing federal funding while the city fought to protect itself and its residents, who have come to rely on that funding for essential programs, including programs for street and road repairs and firefighter positions. If the funding is lost, those programs are lost and all of Salinas’s residents end up suffering,” City Attorney Chris Callihan said at a press conference after the closed session vote.

“There has been a lot of discussion across the community about sanctuary cities. I understand and respect the opinion and depth of feeling of those who believe Salinas should declare sanctuary city status. And I share the desire to show our hard-working, law-abiding immigrant population that we support and value them. But in my opinion, approving a resolution declaring the city a sanctuary city would have only symbolic value... It would do nothing to protect the city’s residents or keep families together,” Salinas Mayor Joe Gunter said in a statement issued by the city late Wednesday afternoon.

I’m not surprised. “Sow the wind...” They are paying big time. I hope they all rot in hell for eternity for what they did.

I can’t help but believe this is a part of the Cloward-Piven strategy this time with crime, to overwhelm the Justice Systems in the US, from Local, State and National crime control.

Too many crimes, not enough courts or prisons to handle them all.

I honestly believe CA and NY are turning rapists and murderers loose because the costs of housing, feeding, and clothing their unassimilated career criminals is staggering. It is basically a massive welfare population behind bars.

I’ve seen a few true crime stories where this has happened. Tragic. Once it was because the hit man was so stupid he couldn’t read the address correctly that the husband gave him to kill his wife.
