That is true, but He expects us to take prudent steps to avoid trouble, and to keep ourselves safe if we can- ie removing funds from banks that truedo is threatening- stuff like that

You might be surprised to learn that numerous of the Saints lived the most brutalized, painful, tortuous lives of all. Beheadings, incest rapes, dismemberments, all the worst. Being a believer does not exempt you from hell on earth.
