I’m still waiting for my 2020 tax return/small refund. I sent it with tracking, so I know they have it. The IRS website says they don’t have it yet, DO NOT SEND ANOTHER and don’t call us.
I don’t have anything to claim. I use the short form each year, and have been fortunate to get my refunds without delay. I just sent my 2021 form in a week or so ago, so we’ll see how long it takes. I resisted direct deposit for many years, but last year opted for it, so I’ll keep my fingers crossed. Hope you hear from them soon.
