A good whitewash requires an independent investigation.

Some of this also may be Deep State trying to rehabilitate the last, best enemedia asset it burned on Election Day, FNC.

This is a good analysis.

It talks a lot about timing, and timing is supremely important.

Durham’s motion to investigate potential conflicts of interest between Michael Sussman and his attorney, the law firm of Latham & Watkins’ core point:
<><>that Hillary’s campaign, acting through the Perkins Coie law firm, spied on Trump.

Bongino’s two main takeaways:
<><>Govt evidence will establish that among the Internet data Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited was domain name system (“DNS”) Internet traffic ....
<><>Internet traffic strongly implies that DNS info, sites accessed, isn’t the only info involved.
<><>Durham might show other Internet data that the Hillary camp exploited, such as emails or shared documents.

Plus....Bongino thinks the real bombshell is that Durham is warning Sussman that Latham & Watkins is a very dangerous law firm to have representing him.

.
Why do I suspect Merrick Garland told him right away that he wanted a weekly status meeting, and he’s been warned off the Leaders of the Coup, the FBi and DoJ?

His motion indicates the FBi was duped, the larger case evidence says it was run out of those agencies. Brice Ohr and his spy wife, anyone?

Comey, Strzok, Lynch, Yates, Page, Somma, and Pientka only care about protecting the core, so the agencies are free to do it again, with impunity.

I said in 2016, the agreement with brass was most likely that the Coup Leaders would have protection.

That's not going to happen. Not on earth anyway, and certainly not by our banana republic.

The first question you should be asking yourself is why it took the Justice Department almost 6 years to figure out those spying activities.

The magnitude of malfeasance and the manner in which it was conducted requires such time. It does not require media reporting.

...because the illusion of “the consent of the governed”

This time, on November 8th, they won’t get away with it. Investigations ARE coming and ALL this malfeasance and treachery will be exposed. Woe to be a Biden/Obama/Clinton sycophant.

Severe pain and punishment is going to be dealt to those in the propaganda media.

We cut the cord.

No carriage fees to any of them.

I’d been trying to convince hubby to do it for years.

Election Night sealed the deal.

Now hubby admits he doesn’t even miss it.

This is how we are defeated.. someone writes a column like this and then we all become despondent and defeated and just go along to get along.

Exactly the same in our household. No Fox since 11/4/20. Do not miss it. We get most of our info from Bannon’s War Room and Bongino’s radio program. And FR, of course.

A more optimistic take on this:

Everything seems to move slowly — can that be used to advantage?
The media tends to try people in public, no matter what the courts do — can that be used to advantage?

Imagine if between now and Nov 2024, the case against the Deep State slowly plays out in alternative media. Hillary is accused. Obama. Biden. Romney. Liz Cheney. Big names in both parties are creditably accused of involvement in subverting our electoral process, spying on a sitting president (Trump) and actively working against pro-America policies.

How will the primaries go, as Deep State candidates in both parties are exposed? What sort of meaningful turnover could be achieved? The slow process would keep this in front of people for a long time, and even if convictions could be avoided, the players would be tried in the court of public opinion, and it would hurt.

It’s possible that Trump would get elected in 2024 with the longest coattails in history.
