So when will the police in New Brunswick start their work under the suspension of Habas Corpus, arrests without probable cause, no bail, interrogation without your lawyer present and all those marks of tyranny?
Just so you know, there will be a defacto suspension of habeas corpus in Canada, and it will be one of the “Necessary tools” invoked by the federal government. Arrests will be made without probable cause, and if you are carrying a “F**k TRUDEAU “ sign, you will be arrested at the political whim of police officers, interrogated to root out who the names of colleagues who feel the same about Trudeau, and if they are donors or have transfers of money from say a USA pension account, your assets will be frozen while they examine whether those transfers are legitimate.
You really have no idea. I saw it all happen in October 1970 , during the Laporte Affair , when Trudeau the elder put the whole nation under martial law because of 14 individuals involved in kidnapping one of Trudeau’s political friends, who was murdered. In Montreal Trudeau Snr.’s political opposition were arrested and jailed, no bail hearing, no phone calls, held for the duration of the Emergency Declaration. People simply disappeared for months and their relatives did not even know where they were. This was done with impunity, no future recourse. There is no constitutional right of Habeas Corpus in Canada. But its elements in the criminal code are defacto suspended by regulations under the Emergency Measures Act, the regulations will be passed after the act is in place and Parliament is Suspended.
Watch it happen.
People who donated to crowd funding sites are now ex post facto determined to have donated to a terrorist cause. And right now those people are sweating bullets. One person from Sussex New Brunswick , a business man made a $700, 000 dollar donation. If he still speaks out against Trudeau and publicly supports the Terrorist Trucker Convoy of 2022, his life as a businessman will end. All of his assets will be seized under Terrorist Legislation and he will not be able to get them back.
We are now a Communist Nation in Canada, run by a tyrant, who is now earning the wages of communist tyranny. Canada needs rid of him via parliamentary procedure as soon as possible before someone initiates a justified guerrilla movement of resistance.
The thought police are in charge. Protest against draconian Health Laws at your personal peril. Lay down and lick the hands of your oppressors.All who do not bow down and obey are terrorists,racists, and insurrectionists.Meanwhile the citizens of Ottawa in the Communist Cabbage Patch get to go back to kissing federal ass and meandering down Wellington street smugly ordering their civil servant lattes three times a day while good truckers, a formerly free people, whose families starve without jobs, are jailed without bail.
How long will this state of affairs last? Not long. Soon Canada will be in revolt accept for the collective of smug commie federal civil service mandarins and jack booted liberal thug police who work for government.
BTW, Chief Sloly of Ottawa was a good man who refused to become a jack booted thug. The lefty Communist Cabbage Patch in Ottawa threw Sloly under the bus.
Civil Disobedience , peacefully conducted , is legitimate protest. And it will now become a part of Canada’s culture of freedom. And civil disobedience will continue.
We need a non confidence vote which is very close to happening, but once parliament shuts down due to the Emergency Act, that opportunity will be lost. We are actually watching our free country disappear. And once we give up our freedom, there is little likelihood of ever getting it back.
Such is the Kaliyuga.

Why are Canadian Authorities acting like the Emergency Powers are actually in force. They require approval by Parliament. Has that happened.
