Nearly 73 percent of Democrats believe teachers’ unions should have more authority over children’s education than parents, according to a Trafalgar Group survey.
When asked “Do you believe parents should have greater authority than teachers’ unions in directing the education policy in their local school districts?” 72.8 percent of Democrats said “no.” Only 12.3 percent agreed with the statement.

Because most “teachers” are liberals, why would they want their status diminished.

Conclusion...Democrats are stupid.
Odd that it should be in an either/or format. It should be a collaborative effort. Anything other than cooperation will lead to big problems.
Someone should ask them if they have kids themselves, and how many and whether they are grown up. People who don’t have kids should not have a say.

Exactly, there is a much higher percentage of liberals without kids. Any pole about children’s education should have ZERO input from anyone without kids.

This is the realization of the Kruschev/KGB plan for the US that took root in the 50’s and 60’s. They now own the institutions.
They planted the seeds and it only took a few generations to bear fruit. Most Americans now have little understanding of the freedoms we were endowed by our constitution. Most Americans do not understand that over half of our Fed government is not constitutional nor is the Fed Reserve.
The final phase was to convince your opposition that bi-partisanship was good so they would meet them halfway on their bad ideas. Sure, it took twice as long but here we are.....
