Is it illegal for us to even read about the Russian perspective? Russia’s entire purpose seems to be to prevent Ukraine from joining NATO and positioning missiles so close to major cities in Russia, including Moscow.
The United States had the same issue during the Cuban Missile Crisis: the USSR was positioning missiles much to close to Florida. Kennedy found a peaceful solution, otherwise we would not be alive today.
ZH has very open rules for commenters, and in the past even more open rules. Their comment threads often have examples of coarse language and vile ant-Semitic or anti- other group ideas.
That alone is probably sufficient to keep direct links to ZH off of FR. But that's just my opinion.
How about one example to support that rather serious and broad accusation?
Many of us suspected it being a FUD site directed by foreign disinformation specialists.

That is so true. I read some Russian propaganda and started believing NATO is an expansionist aggressor, that Christianity is good, that letting homos adopt kids was bad, that the 2020 election was stolen, etc... the horror.
I intend to stay safe within the ecosphere of outlets deemed safe by the US Government or of course, any of our trustworthy Five Eyes friends! /s
