Well, not for nothing, current people in the know state that the Canadian Forces are criminally neglected. Of the 367 artillery pieces that they bought in the 1960’s, only 70 are currently serviceable. Current capabilities are such that they would be tested against a 3rd World African army. I’m not using hyperbole, I’m quoting sober analysis. If it comes right down to it, Justin don’t have a very big stick to wave around. Even less of a stick when a bunch of soldiers stack arms and walk away.

2) Parliament still needs to debate/vote
