I err on the side of caution and assume every FBI agent can not be trusted.
Could it be that FBI can lie to you but your lying to the FBI is felony? Or could it be that the ‘official’ record of any interview is the agents’ notes as opposed to an actual recording. Or the fact that they cannot be prosecuted for any illegal act they may commit during the performance of their duties?
