Declare all your opponents terrorists, jail them indefinitely, and then renew the emergency decree for the duration. At the very least every trucker in the protests will find his/her/ser ability to make a living ended.

Utterly not factual. FBI is utterly corrupt from coast to coast. All local chiefs had to do duty in DC to get trained. They hire woke and spread them around. And the examples abound of them being DC loyal goons everywhere they go.
