Why did the RNC NOT have a multitude of poll watchers, especially at key polling locations? They know key precincts in 2012 [Obama-Romney] had more votes for Obama than actual registered voters. They should have known that was going to happen in 2020, especially when Biden was saying ‘it doesn’t matter who you voted for because I’m was going to win’. [The first time I heard Biden say that to a voter, I knew the fix was in.] Biden has since said it is more important who counts the votes than who voted.
The Consent Decree of 1982 had only expired in 2018, and the Republican Party was rusty when it came combating big city vote fraud.
Virginia 2021 was an example of shutting down the Democrat vote fraud machine. They came close in New Jersey, too - but New Jersey is the home of the Consent Decree of 1982. The NJ Dems have decades of practice. Virginia is a recent addition to the Democrat vote fraud machine.
