It’s a given fact that if the headline says “youths”, “teenagers”, “students”, etc, but doesn’t mention race, the culprits are without a doubt feral black people. (Note: “feral black people”; NOT black people. There is a difference.)
If they had been white, asian or Hispanic, you can damn well be sure that would have been mentioned in the first sentence.
