I disagree. The Democrats have absolutely kept their promises.

Approximately 25% of Black college graduates are employed by a government agency or a government contractor. Another 10% are working in corporate Human Resources departments.

Competitive testing for industrial or manual jobs is race normed, also known as racial quotas.

And, the legal tort system is especially generous to Black Americans, with the possible exception of this one case.

I just don’t understand why they keep,voting dem when the left despises them, while the right offers them ways to improve their lives and businesses. I guess a free crack pipe or obamaphone is worth more than a $40,000 or more a year job to some of them? There are a few who have seen the light, but wierdly can’t seem to see it
