I thought all vehicles in the Army were combat vehicles.

Maybe I was in a different Army?

Some performance requirements for military trucks include:

Start and run at -40 in Alaska (Siberia?) and start and run at 100+ in the Sahara with NO special preparation.

Drive away after extraction from a flying airplane without a parachute to slow the decent.

Protect the occupants from an IED under the hull and run with only a day to repair.

Protect the occupants from a close range .50 cal bullet.

Structure to be lifted with a crane or helicopter.

Store protective gear for toxic gas and nuclear exposure.

Ford a river deeper than the top of the engine.

Drive away with bullet holes in all of the tires.
And more.

And now Biden thinks he can make them run on sun beams and unicorn farts?

In a combat situation, I wonder if the Russians or Chicoms will put hostilities on hold while our vehicles are charging?

Pork pork pork pork pork.

And, just think of all the generators and fuel depots, in case of power outages.

The first army that invents a non-nuclear EMP device wins against an all electric army.

A 50% reduction. How? Where is the electricity for the vehicles going to come from, windmills? These people are idiots. And frankly, people that report such news as facts are greater idiots.

They need to invent electric bombs that don’t make any smoke.

“The first army that invents a non-nuclear EMP device wins against an all electric army.”

They already exist. Range and aim are not good (yet). Also they require substantial power source. EMP’s take out any equipment that rely on any electrical circuits. Electronic fuel injection for example.

If they want 50% reduction in greenhouses gasses at bases why not go 100% use Hydrogen fuel and not waste money on foolish items OH WAIT kick backs.

Unless things change in the mid terms the democrats are in fat city for the next 3 yeas.

After seeing that I will never admit that I was a paratrooper once. Although when I was in there were no females in the Airborne. WTF happened?

Back to Biden’s claim to convert all government vehicles to
electric.

Seriously?

This gerbil worming thing is just nonsense.
