In 1991, Russian troops refused to fire on demonstrators and strikers, effectively neutralizing the Soviet tyranny. I wonder if Canadian and American troops will respond as the Russian troops did. After all, we're supposed to be the "Free World", right?

Russian troops and police refused to take any action against the demonstrators and strikers, and that would include tear gas and mass arrests.
This is the fear of the left.
