A school district in Enfield, Connecticut was left with pie on its face after asking eighth-graders to share their sexual desires in the form of pizza toppings.
'Now that you know this metaphor for sex, let's explore your preferences!' explained the instruction pamphlet distributed to students in a recent health class at John F. Kennedy Middle School.
'Draw and color your favorite type of pizza,' it added. 'What's your favorite style of pizza? Your favorite toppings? What are your pizza no-nos? Now mirror these preferences in relation to sex!'
As if that wasn't explicit enough, the instructions offered some suggestions.
'Here are some examples:
Likes: Cheese = Kissing.
Dislikes: Olives = Giving oral.'

An Enfield group of parents reached out to Brie Quartin, the district's Health and Physical Education Coordinator, to complain about the assignment. Quartin responded in an email by apologizing and blaming it on a technical error...'I caught the error after our curriculum revision in June but failed to post the intended version....The correct version of the assignment is for students to work in small groups to craft a pizza with toppings (no behaviors associated with said toppings) that would make everyone happy/comfortable using non-verbal communication only,'
Giselle Moore, the group member who corresponded with Quartin and previously had two children in the district, said this was more than a mistake. 'This went all the way down the chain of command,'
The issue still is who came up with this incorrect version in the first place, and why are schools engaging in this?
I’ve tried to search for JFKMS in CT and the sites won’t load. They have shut down everything connected with the school. I hope they get holy hell for exposing children to this filth. If I get in a car accident and it’s my fault, even if it’s an accident I still have to answer for my negligence. Same should apply here. There is no excuse for exposing anyone’s child in any public school grade to sexual content. In fact, I think all sex education should be removed from the schools. If we as parents and grandparents can’t teach these life subjects to our children, that’s pathetic. Most of us were brought up during the sexual revolution and should be able to go over the basics with our own children.
The left continues to groom children in schools and people keep sending them there.

They’ve already covered style, favorites and no-nos in class?
Seriously, the assumption behind the lesson plan is that these kids are already having sex and working on becoming connoisseurs. Sadly, many are, and the boys have been watching hardcore porn on the internet for years. These kids are not emotionally equipped to deal with the porn, the sexting, the assumptions that there is something wrong with them if they are not having sex, and plenty of it.
It’s all so sick and wrong. No wonder some of the girls are opting out of the middle school meat market by claiming they are really boys, or confused about their “gender” or whatever.
Get your kids out of public school while they are still alive and sane.
If you talked with your neighbor’s kids this way, you would be arrested. The same should be true for the School.
If they tried this in a muslim country the butcher would run out of goat heads.
Wow, they had to dig DEEP for this one.
Even if I pretend this is not a bald-faced lie, what would have been the point of this stupid assignment? In health class or any other?

And even if THAT were true, decent people would have refused to distribute the material to middle-school students.

Just when I think I’ve heard it all, something like this comes along and proves me wrong.
Names, addresses, emails, phone numbers of this teacher, the principal, the superintendent, and the school board members.
Pornography should not be in the curriculum.
In ancient times, all those abusers would be thrown out beyond the Pale and excommunicated from the society for life.
Instead, now they get big salaries and fat pensions for corrupting innocent children.
It’s terrible. We go to all school board meetings & a mother read porn from an online school library book. The board was hysterical shouting at her to stop.
