The guy who went to jail cares. That will likely keep him there.
This guy’s full of crap. There was no pathology that showed that Floyed was choked of air and it didn’t cause his death. He’s just giving his own ‘woke’ opinion.
The guy already had one foot in the grave anyway.
But facts really don't matter now because the mob got the verdict they wanted.
I hope the choo choo never gets built. I can drive to Houston quicker than I can drive to Dallas and then ride the train to Houston.
Page one, Case Title. "CARDIOPULMONARY ARREST COMPLICATING LAW ENFORCEMENT SUBDUAL, RESTRAINT, AND NECK COMPRESSION". I believe that is the official cause of death.
Cause of death is often quite contentious. As far as toxicology studies are concerned you have observational studies that base the lethal level on outliers. This doesn’t take into account individual differences in metabolism and tolerance. Then when you find multiple substances on toxicology, it becomes even more muddled. Some drugs act to enhance or diminish sedation and respiratory rate;pharmacological effects. Some drugs may have pharmacokinetic effects on each other that affect the cellular drug levels.
Then you have to consider co-morbidities.
We are seeing parallel considerations with CoVid diagnoses. It’s especially problematic with CoVid because genetic sequencing is not performed on every CoVid diagnosis, only rarely.
The upshot is that because these death determinations are often indecisive when multiple factors are at play, they can be manipulated by those with political agendas.
The CDC has a previous history of manipulating cause of death statistics. When reporting opioid overdose deaths in the past, the CDC mis classified illicit fentanyl deaths as prescription opioid deaths. No one really picked up on this until 2017.
The Floyd case is an example where political judgements often supersede or subvert evidence. Because death determinations are inexact when there are multiple potential factors in the cause of death, you could get many contradictory opinions on the cause of death.
When one is asked to determine the cause of death beyond a reasonable doubt, in many cases this is not honesty possible and it comes down to a subjective and/or disputed opinion
He didn’t have “superhuman strength,” yet it took 3 officers to hold him down?
The prosecution had to go all the way to Colorado to get a doctor to cross the Wisconsin border who would say what the prosecution wanted to hear?
It was Covid.
Any one remember the video that showed a white powder on his tongue. I assume he swallowed the evidence right before he couldn’t breath.
Anyways, this guy is an obvious shill. He makes things way too perfect for Floyd when there is evidence to the contrary.
I read somewhere that the arriving EMT’s checked his blood oxygen count, and it was 98%, an excellent reading, in which case he DID NOT suffocate.
Floyd said that he was “hooping” meaning that the meth/fentanyl mixture was blown up his rectum. We all know that the delivery method makes a huge difference in how the person reacts. Hooping hits harder and faster so I’d like to hear from a doctor who knows how hooping can cause a fatality.
Just questions that I have no probability that I will get answers.
