It’s okay.
He intended to destroy the world trade center but was prevented from doing so. So, intentions are not enough and only the completion of the dastardly act would have been prosecutable.
It’s the same with any one that threatens to kill a president. If he didn’t actually get to complete the act, it’s not prosecutable.
Democrats attempted to remove a duly elected president from office, but, since they could not complete the act, they must be forgiven and prosecuting them would be intolerable.
So, would be crimes, no matter how big or small, must be ignored since they didn’t actually get to fruition.
(All of that is democrat-think, so, don’t fault me)
