Months ago, a man who was featured on the FBI website — and wanted for attacking police at the Capitol during Jan. 6 attacks — died. The FBI must now decide what to do with these photos.

Since Jan. 6, the FBI has posted photos of over 500 people on its U.S. Capitol Violence webpage. Over 350 people listed on the page have not been arrested. Several others have been identified online.

The website labels people who are currently in jail as “arrest.” The FBI has removed some images from its database of people who have not been arrested in certain cases. This has sparked conspiracy theories by supporters of former President Donald Trump. They are trying to portray Jan. 6 as an attack by Trump fans who believe Trump’s claims of a stolen election, but rather as a fake flag event organized by “agent provocateurs”.

Oops, somebody let the truth out: the FBI worked out this defense with Epps in advance.

Riddle me this, reporter: if Epps shouldn't be prosecuted for being on the grounds and for instructing others to (supposedly -- and I've never heard this claim before) "peacefully" enter the building, why, then, was he featured on the wanted list until it was scrubbed of him months later?

(Btw, Epp's instructions to others to breach the Capital is "protected" only by the FBI and the Jan 6 Committee.)

So the FBI must “prepare for conspiracies”? They are great at conspiracies though. They started one to kidnap a governor not too long ago. Also one to storm the federal capital. Seems they are pretty well prepared for conspiracies already.

First of all, it's a lie. Epps was telling people to rip down barricades, so... not "peaceful".

Second of all, if they are defending Epps for telling people to "peacefully" go "INTO" the Capitol, then why are they trying to jail Trump for telling people to "peacefully" go "TO" the Capitol? Doesn't President Trump have First Amendment rights as well?
