President Trump’s former press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders is on a glide path to becoming the next Arkansas governor, following in the steps of her father, Mike Huckabee.
Speculation had long swirled when she left the White House in 2019 that she was set to launch her own political career. After a stop-over on Fox News as a contributor, she did officially announce in late January 2021. Since then, she’s broken Arkansas fundraising records, bringing in $12.8 million over the past year and enters the election year with $7 million in the bank. Not only does she, naturally, have Trump’s full-throated endorsement, but the backing of term-limited GOP Gov. Asa Hutchinson as well.
Sanders is set to win the uncontested Republican nomination on May 24, after two of her earlier opponents dropped out last year — Lt. Gov. Tim Griffin decided to run for attorney general instead just two weeks after Sanders launched her campaign, while current Attorney General Leslie Rutledge announced last November that she was running for lieutenant governor.

I’ll add to that I hope to see Dr Oz win his bid for the US Senate seat in Pennsylvania.
Yes for the Doctor. True, he’s not in full agreement with the Republican playbook, but he is still a favorable choice. Dr.Oz has the patina of Trustworthiness all over him.
No one’s perfect but he has charisma and gets listened to. Not bad advantages to start your political career with.

Sarah would be a godsend compared to our RINO Asa Hutchison. Glad to see him gone. Hell, Mike Beebe, Democrat was a more conservative Governor. Our AG, Leslie Rutledge is a great conservative person, also.
So where does Asa go now?

Yes, we might get one more term of Trump in 2024, but after that there is no clear heir to Trumpisn.
SHS could be a successor. I also think he should give his sons major cabinet appointments to see how they do and if one could run in 2028.
Hutchison is an empty suit. Congratulations Sarah.

Worse than that, he had this ‘remarkable’ ability to ‘see into the hearts’ of violent felons, so, despite pleas from prosecutors and police departments, he let them free, leading to incredible carnage...although, on the bright side, he did win Man of the Year in the Soros World Economic Forum contest (Eyepatch McCain was still in the military, or maybe high school, back then).
