Nice try quiz kid. Well-regulated in the Second does not mean buried in red tape.
The Fairplex in Pomona, where the LA County Fair is held, and is the site of many gun shows, is not owned by the State of California. I don’t think the OC Fairgrounds are either.
While the Second Amendment allows for the well-regulated sales and purchase of firearms
I’m pretty sure I’ve never read “the right to bear arms But only at the discretion of liberals who hate firearms, who will, severely restrict, where and when one can buy them”
County fairgrounds are supposed to be family-friendly venues
Gun shows are Sen. Dave Min, D-Costa Mesa biggest worry?
Umm...said...what?
The Constitution? Of where? Liberal Fantasy Land?
So is Kalifornia declaring a Sales Tax Holiday on all firearms and ammunition sales?
That won’t stop crime. Criminals are still going to get their guns with the approval and blessing of the democrat party.
I don’t think I’ve ever went to a state fair to buy guns I usually go there to look at roosters.
Seems Ca. is again violating the Constitution.
The state of Calif is NOT ‘sponsoring gun shows’.
The space is rented for a hefty price.
NO POLITICIAN can twist words like a LIBERAL.
That’s okay. The criminals know where to get guns.
California Constitution, 1880
Article XIX
“SEC. 4. The presence of foreigners ineligible to become citizens of the United States is
declared to be dangerous to the well-being of the State, and the Legislature shall discourage their immigration by all the means within its power.”
Article XX Section 2 acknowledges that deadly weapons are legal.
The original Republic of California appears to have banned all guns....

The free-spirited left is all about banning things.
It’s a better strategy to approach these bans as a violation of the First Amendment’s guarantee of freedom to peaceably assemble (which it is) because if that effort should fail you’ve still got the challenge under 2A to fall back on.
It’s a military concept called “defense in depth.”
And it’s a more digestible concept in some quarters because no one wants to be made to think their right to assemble is being threatened. And even if your first effort falls short, that failure does nothing to tarnish 2A.
It would be simple enough to use those venues as a meeting place to set appointments for a later purchase contact.
Rap? Not very family-friendly.
