The spokesman says we have information that Russia is planning a red flag event and the reason we’re telling you this is to hopefully get Russia to not go forward with the red flag event. But if the event does occur then we’ll have clearly identified Russia as the culprit. The spokesman is basically saying we can’t give you any evidence but you should trust us. Right.
