Trump: Not Giving Up, Because 'Our Country's Going to Hell'
NewsMax ^ | 2/1/2022 | Eric Mack

Posted on 02/03/2022 8:46:27 AM PST by RideForever

Asked why fame, fortune and retirement might not be enough, and why he is willing to face relentless attacks aimed at discouraging another run at the presidency, former President Donald Trump offered Newsmax a simple answer: America is too important for him to stop now.

... "They were staging a coup," Trump told host Rob Schmitt. "They were trying to get us out of office. ... "Our country is going to hell and we're going to make American great again, again, I sort of say," Trump continued. "And I smile, but there's nothing to smile about, because our country is going bad.

We have things we can do today because 3 states have judges who say their elections of 2020 were UNLAWFUL because they did not follow state election laws. (ballot harvesting, retention of election materials, mail ballots). Persons sitting in Congress from those 3 elections should all be expelled.

The legal tool to use is a quo warranto (by what authority?) used to remove elected officials. It is filed in a fed district court, naming the Senators and Representatives from the unlawful election. Those persons have no presumption of their office or innocence; they must prove their election was lawful, despite their courts stating it was not.

I haven't worked out how that would change the majority status, but likely Pelosi will lose the House chairmanship. That's a great start coming into the 2022 elections, right?

Everything starts at the state level. We have to get rid of all the corrupt folks at the county and state level. You expose and get rid of them and the DNC and feds have no foot soldiers to rely on.

While the DNC and all their buddies in the courts and tech were eager players, it was the folks on the ground in the states and counties that made it all happen.

After the “audit” in Arizona, when they knew they were free and clear, Maricopa Cty admits to withholding evidence that had been subpoenaed. Has the AG or the DA done anything? NOPE. Are they going to? NOPE. They’ll string everything and everyone along until election time. By them, the RINO/GOP apparatus will have gotten rid of any opponents that they even think are supporters of MAGA or President Trump.

Then they will go to the old standby...If we don’t elected Brnovich or whoever, then the Dem will win and we can’t have that.....No matter what scum of the earth Brnovich or anyone else is. The people of Arizona need to let them know, NOW, that Brnovich doesn’t have a chance.

Much like the people in Georgia are letting Kemp know that he doesn’t stand a chance. Both his and Raffensberger’s commercials aren’t on tv like they were a month or so ago. He doesn’t go anywhere, because no one wants him around.

Favorito, apparently has a whistleblower in Georgia, that admitted to making lots of money stuffing drop boxes and has the technical data to back it up. Additionally, those same processes are believed to be showing the same acitivities by others, in other states, all of them the swing states and the locales of concern, where CornPop mysteriously pulled ahead of President Trump after being down by a bunch. Can’t imagine why a person, dropping THEIR ballot in a drop box, would fan out multiple ballots and take a picture of them, multiple times in multiple locations.

(VIDEO) Ballot box surveillance video: ‘One mule made 53 trips to 20 dropboxes’ ...... https://sharylattkisson.com/2022/01/video-ballot-box-surveillance-video-one-mule-made-53-trips-to-20-dropboxes/

It’s not helping that he is still endorsing Bush League Republicans wo have been in league with Democrats to import a permanent Democrat majority for 30 years.

Who cares? ... /s

The state can bicker among itself for years, and have no representation in Congress (like after Civil War). Or they can follow election law to the letter and get their Federal representation back.

In the video Trump also said “we’re not going to have a country left”.

2024 will probably be too late.

Red-Handed: How American Elites Get Rich Helping China Win!

Author, Peter Schweizer says that, in a quarter-century as an investigative journalist, this is the scariest investigation he has ever conducted.

That the Chinese government seeks to infiltrate American institutions is hardly surprising. What is wholly new, however, are the number of American elites who are eager to help the Chinese dictatorship in its quest for global hegemony.

Presidential families, Silicon Valley gurus, Wall Street high rollers, Ivy League universities, even professional athletes—all willing to sacrifice American strength and security on the altar of personal enrichment.

In Red-Handed, six-time New York Times bestselling investigator Peter Schweizer presents his most alarming findings to date by revealing the secret deals wealthy Americans have cut to help China build its military, technological, and economic might. Equally as astonishing, many of these elites quietly believe the Chinese dictatorial regime is superior to American democracy.

Schweizer and his team of forensic investigators spent over a year scouring a massive trove of global corporate records and legal filings to expose the hidden transactions China’s enablers hoped would never see the light of day. And as Schweizer’s past bombshells like Profiles in Corruption, Secret Empires, and Clinton Cash all made clear, there are bad actors on both ends of the political spectrum.

Exhaustively researched, crisply told, and chilling, Red-Handed will expose the nexus of power between the Chinese government and the American elites who do its bidding.

And if any of them, save a few, followed election law to the letter, the Dem’s would be hurting. Hurting bad.

One can hope.

I am not trying to be snarky but at this point how do you propose this will happen without some awful cataclysm?

One can make an argument that the DOJ/IC conducted an attempted coup against Trump and NOTHING happened to them. NOTHING.

Why would they not simply do it again? You can lie to the OIG, congress, and even blame your felony leaks on subordinates and have your retirement reinstated AND get a high paying low effort media gig OR be a professor at an esteemed institution and write a book on ethical leadership.

That is reality FRiend. How do you propose that Trump can overcome it? The oligarchs and their media minions oppose him. The bureaucracy opposes him. The courts mostly oppose him.

It is a stacked deck. He accomplished much in one term but the opposition finally got the coup they worked hard at for 4 years. ALL of them or their like-minded cousins are still in charge of the institutions.

Dare I say it, but as “powerful” as the title of “President” seems it is not more powerful than the institutions. That ship sailed. Look at Biden. He is the “President” but who is really sailing the ship of state? Not him. If anything, the bureaucracy and the elite who run it have become far more powerful in the last 3 years to include under Trump (look at the CDC/NIH cabal for example).

Even the “reformer” cabinet picks of Trump early in his administration could do very little to change the agencies they were in charge of like state, education, the IC, DOJ, energy, and the list goes on and on.

Jack Kemp (and Khrushchev) was correct back in the 80’s when he said the battle for institutions would decide the future of our nation and republic.....

We lost education, culture, media, (big tech - the new one), banking, courts, and government. We not only lost them but now they are openly hostile towards us...... How long before they demand that we cannot even instruct our own children when it goes against them? They are already doing this and we win a battle here or there but the war is lost as long as they control the institutions.

How could a single man really fix it? Trump might offer a moment of reprieve or a victory here or there (he did last time and it was amazing to watch) but I do not see any way to “reform” our way out of this without a some kind of cataclysmic upheaval far beyond any “election”. All we are doing is voting for the figureheads now - the real power is embedded underneath the CEO, secretaries, congress, and the executive staffs of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

IF any single person truly threatened to wrest control of a 5 TRILLION dollar organization and remove all those who control it now from power what do you think would happen?

Were Trump to file quo warranto(s) for the 3 states with state court rulings, their Congressional delegations (as a result of the election) would have to prove their authority to hold office from an unlawful election, evidenced by a court ruling. That should throw Pelosi out of the majority rule.

Then add 2 more for Hussein Obama and Kamala Harris for being unnatural born citizens of the U.S. using the (non-binding) definition from John McCain's confirmation to be POTUS. He was born of U.S. citizen parents [plural] overseas. Obama's father was a married Kenyan citizen. Neither of Harris' parents were US citizens when she was born. Her father, who since matriculated to full U.S. citizenship, says she is not a U.S. citizen.

The courts have made clear they will wash their hands of electorate issues. No filing will be permitted to be heard. The courts have utterly isolated themselves from adjudicating the overthrow of government.

In other words, you have no concept of the plenary powers mentioned in the Constitution. That's what limits the courts' power. On purpose. Courts are law. Legislatures are politics.

No filing will be permitted to be heard.

except quo warranto. Look it up.

I think you missed my point. What institution would push forward or even investigate your claims?

None.

What prosecutor would bring such a case and what court would entertain the matter?

None.

Outside of some journalists and people on the right side of the blogosphere or podcast community who would even mention this beyond labeling it as kooky nonsense?

Very few. In fact it is probably that 95% of Americans would never even hear of it - see the laptop from hell polling after the election.

We have very little power to push even the most obvious injustices much less push things that would require a “fair” investigation.

I understand. The SC has shown no interest in adjudicating electorate activity that may be in violation of established law.

Who is eligible to file quo warranto?

The COVID-19 bug found an already weakened host in our country. It was a raggedy and dirty sort of upheaval, with a beginning and no seeming end, no objective truth.

A war with ordnance, borders, uniforms and battles would have left a cleaner wound than the one our country has now.

I remember when Leo Donofrio tried that, way back when, when BO was installed into office the first time.

Fools MAY have voted this usurper in back in 2008, but I am almost certain he cheated his way to victory in 2012.

Leo didn't have 3 different states' courts rule their election didn't follow election laws. That's the situation today.

I think the DiNofrio case prompted the Senate Resolution that defined Sen. McCains's Natural Born status because he was born of citizen parents ... overseas.

I see and understand your points but at the rate we’re going, it will be next to impossible. Unfortunately, that’s the reality. 2024-2025 is too far away to stick it out.
