I lived in S. Central Louisiana for 17 years, about two hours west of NOLA.

Louisiana native here....truth. New Orleans is a city it is worthwhile visiting at least once, but live there........NWIH (No Way In Hell). And yet I have relatives by marriage that you couldn't get out with dynamite.
