Cruz and Hawley were two individual senators voicing individual opinions.

The US Senate voted to accept all electors sent by the states.

Pence torpedoed nothing. He did not have ANY power to do anything except accede to the will of the joint session as expressed by the majority vote.

No. He stated prior to any senate discussion and vote that he had made up his mind. Then the riots started which interrupted the seats proceedings.
Your language and lack of decorum speaks volumes to your intelligence level and doesn’t get you very far argument wise.
