I don’t see this as a bad thing. It is macabre to celebrate an instrument used in death.
Kyle’s been making appearances and saying he wants it destroyed. He’s getting his wish.
Celebrate? Nobody’s suggesting that it should be enshrined or anything. I don’t see the point in destroying it, though. It’s a machine. It did its job correctly. Why destroy it? This just sends the message that guns are inherently evil and self-defense is something to be ashamed of. Both attitudes are very wrong.
Or an instrument of life....do you think Kyle would be alive today if he was unarmed? Who should be alive, the criminals who chose to kill him and lost?
Not if it killed communists. Anything used to kill a communist is almost a holy relic.
