In just the last year, police say 16-year-old Emilio Corripio used a gun at least three times in a carjacking.
After pleading guilty last fall, Corripio was given probation and was back on the street with a gun last Saturday in Little Village, police say. This time he allegedly pulled the trigger while aiming at rival gang members standing on the corner on busy 26th Street.
As he fired, 8-year-old Melissa Ortega was crossing the street with her mother. They ran when they heard the first shots, the little girl looking over her shoulder, then going limp as two bullets struck her in the head.

Is there a problem with that? I mean, apparently this is now acceptable, correct? Obviously, the car owners did SOMETHING wrong which resulted in the carjackings. Thus, no one could have expected this future Harvard graduate to have been held in jail.
For years we have heard liberals say that letting legal gun owners carry their weapons for self defense would turn this country into the Wild West.
Their policies (anti-gun legislation, de-fund the police, violence against cops), and their supporters (ANTIFA, BLM, among others), are doing just that!
We aren’t the problem, THEY ARE.

Prosecutors argued for no bail???!!! After 3 armed car jackings and the murder of an 8 year old girl???!!! Who are these soulless POS’s?
The courthouse crowd doesn’t make any money off of criminals that are locked up. Just like doctors don’t make money off of people who are well or cured.
Boy? Anyone who is badass enough to deserve being strung up by his neck or other appendages is not a boy.
The problem is once he and or she is no longer a juvenile, they are released. So a thug today or a thug tomorrow.

The paper got the caliber WRONG. They clearly meant .357 magnum, but as usual, the Cartel Media know NOTHING about guns.
