Murphy says it's time for New Jersey to 'learn how to live' with COVID-19

Gov. Phil Murphy (D-N.J.) said on Sunday that his state will need to "learn how to live" with the COVID-19 pandemic.

"We're not going to manage this to zero. We have to learn how to live with this," Murphy said of the pandemic on NBC's "Meet the Press."

Murphy would have lost in 2021 if the New Jersey voter demographics were the same as they were in 2017.

But they weren’t. I’m sure I’m only one of tens of thousands of productive citizens who weren’t around to vote against him in 2021 because we are now living somewhere else.
