Looks like the idiot party (Republican) shot themselves in the foot passing an unconstitutional law

Most of the political idiocy flows from Rs to Ds, making things appear intentional, to me at least.

Act 77 was pushed by Democrats and got enough RINOs in the Republican majority to pass it.

Other Republicans sued, the D majority PASC said “No one was harmed yet, come back later”.

The election came and D majority PASC said “Latches. That means too much time has gone by so we won’t even hear the case”.

Taken to SCOTUS, they also declined to hear the case.

The D majority PASC now says yeah, OK, it IS unconstitutional (when forced to hear the case).
