The University of Pennsylvania is considering a lawsuit if Lia Thomas is barred from competing in the upcoming NCAA women’s swimming championship, according to a report.
A swimmer on the Penn women’s team, speaking on the condition of anonymity, claimed to Fox News that administrators were considering legal action if Thomas is prohibited from participating in the championship.
“I have a feeling that if USA Swimming changes their rules, they will be filing a lawsuit for Lia to swim, but they wouldn’t do that for us,” she said. “That’s just really upsetting.”
The swimmer said she had “heard that from some of the administrators.”
A rep for Penn didn’t immediately return a request for comment.

What rule change?! The NCAA has always -- and still does -- only allow women to compete against other women in competition. Until this UPenn debacle, freaks were never a consideration.
Interesting that UPenn is considering a lawsuit that would destroy womens sports. (Goes to show that feminists care as much about women as communists care about workers ... or, for that matter, as much as school boards and many, many teachers care about kids.)
Based on complaints from real female swimmers he shows his “junk” as they say in the locker room.
My simple solution is to be a legitimate female athlete , males have to have their genitalia removeed. They need “skin in the game”.
The girls on this team should resign. I know some of them are probably on scholarships, but this is so unfair and mysogynistic something must be done to stop this anti-woman juggernaut.
This is why I don't pay attention to this story. Lia Thomas is what the University wants, and I simply don't care what they want.

I have two questions for those who support Lia Thomas‘s “right” to compete as a woman:
1. Should there be separate men and women’s college sports?
2. If so, why?
I’m sure that even most of Lia Thomas‘s supporters would say “yes” to the first question. And physical differences would be cited in response to the second question.
And there you have it. Simple logic that Lia Thomas must compete as a man.
UPenn is discriminating against their own female students. If their Alums had any cajones, they would pull their funding.
That’s a nice thought.
But usually we lose even when we win.
