A Washington State Patrol officer who defied a statewide vaccine mandate and signed off for the last time by telling Democratic Gov. Jay Inslee to “kiss my a–” is dead from COVID-19.
Former Trooper Robert LaMay, 51, who served 22 years with the State Patrol and retired last October, died on Friday.
LaMay garnered attention from Americans across the country after he signed off for the last time as an officer and told Washington Gov. Jay Inslee he “can kiss my a–” over forced vaccine mandates.
Following LaMay’s death, Washington State Patrol Chief John R. Batiste released a statement praising him for his service, which Batiste said “will be long remembered and appreciated.”

Yeah whatever. Tell that to my 58 year old neighbor who was not vaxxed and is not in an urn above his wife’s fireplace. Saw him on the ventilator, not sure I want to see that again. I got the vax on my own choice and I don’t regret it, to each his own.
“Yeah whatever.” Yeah whatever? What the hell does that mean? I have my 53 year old relative who was double vaccinated and boosted in an urn above a fireplace too who spent time on a respirator before passing on.

I have no problem with someone getting vaccinations and boosted every three months, wearing triple masks, and holing up inside their home and never going out.
I have no problem at all with that.
Just don’t force it on me at the point of a gun.
If you don’t see the problem with allowing the government to MANDATE an invasive medical procedure involving a virus with this degree of lethality, and in the process instituting a vaccination passport with a national or even world wide registration, limiting association, kicking people out of the military, putting limits on travel and work opportunities, and forcing a digital currency on people, then perhaps you should pay attention and think a few steps ahead.
I don’t judge people for getting vaccinations, wearing masks, and isolating.
I do judge them if they force it on people at the point of a gun. And if you don’t think putting someone out of work because of this is the point of a gun, then you really should spend some time thinking on it.

I don’t know you, but...I get the impression you are the kind of person in this whole affair that I DO have a problem with. I think I may have referred to that kind of person as the type who tells people who may lose their jobs for whatever reason to “learn to code”.

On the issue at hand, forcing workplace vaccination, you are either completely ignorant on this issue of COVID workplace vaccination mandates, or you are stupid.
I prefer to think you are ignorant, because most of the time that can be remedied.
If I don’t get a booster by March 1, I get fired. And I do live in the US. And it is apparently legal for me to be fired. So, if you were ignorant and learned something, we can go from there.

I talk to my wife daily and she is a critical care RN working with Covid patients, and almost ALL—90%+— are unvaxxed. She cries almost daily because of the things these people go through. Every single day, because she is one of the few that is still able to work.
I have no clue what you do for a living but if your employer is being difficult about a booster, quit, we do have employment at will and you are not entitled to that job. Go to an employer which doesn’t mandate the boost, get over it. I don’t see what the big deal is.

You can’t just go elsewhere to avoid this. The entire medical community is in lockstep on this.

I opened an online anti-COVID-19 vaccine T-shirt store (NotYourGuineaPig.Com) and I’ve been concerned that I too will now suddenly die from COVID-19….after 25 months of no COVID, no Delta, no Omicron, no seasonal flu and NO VACCINE. Seems it’s becoming deadly to speak out against Rev Fauci’s orthodoxy.
