32 hrs per week, would work, and that equals 25% less work/productivity.

Now, if we could only get prices on everything to be reduced by 25%, we might have something there. With government in charge of dictating the hours and productivity and wages and prices, it should be doable.

All the government has to do with that 25% hour reduction is mandate a 25% price reduction to go with it. Et Voilá! It is done!
