Court finds Pennsylvania mail-in voting law unconstitutional

(WHTM) – The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania has found the commonwealth’s no-excuse mail-in voting law, Act 77, is unconstitutional.

According to court documents, 14 members of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives filed a petition to block the 2019 law that would allow any qualified voter to vote by mail.

The law allowed voters to submit a ballot by mail up to 50 days before an election and placed voters on a list to permanently receive a ballot application by mail. It also established 15 more days to register to vote and extended amil=in and absentee submission deadlines.

Act 77 also outlined rules for voting machine decertification and appropriated funding for voting machine upgrades that provide a verifiable paper trail.

We have a US Supreme Court that might take it. Because they failed to take it last time and now things have really changed.

Does this mean Biden didn’t win Pennsylvania?

Does this mean Biden didn’t win Pennsylvania?

What a great question!! He was awarded the electoral votes by an illegal election. Think about Georgia and the illegal ballot harvesting, or the illegals voting in Arizona. The SCOTUS needs to hear and decide this ASAP.

Why? specifically, if the government (specifically the executive) of a state violates it’s own state election laws, can it allow a contested election to stand? If the answer is: 1) we wont hear it, then the outcome is widespread fraud and cheating. 2)It was illegal but it’s ok....Same problem as #1. 3)If it’s overturned, then Biden is NOT POTUS. The Republic cannot survive long if the SCOTUS does #1 or #2, because ignoring election laws will destroy states and the Constitution.

This will be appealed to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, which according to wikipedia, contains 5 Democrats and 2 Republicans.

Will we get to see the Hirono Doctrine in action (”Judges should not rule based on the Law; rulings should consider politics only”)?

Too little, too late. Biden has control already. This does NOTHING to help our situation. There are no solutions. Why even vote anymore in Federal elections?

This ruling and $10 will buy you a cup of coffee in the Biden age. It does nothing to help.

Why? This does nothing to help us. Biden’s handlers still run the Federal government.
