Actually if I recall properly. I think he knew he was being setup so he didn’t go. The FBI or someone was calling to give him an escort to the rally and he knew that was fishy so he didn’t go or didn’t show up on time or something like that.

It was the FBI
It was an attempted set up, possible only bc the FBI knew in advance the rally would be used as a justification for political persecution of conservatives.
Jones smartly told them to pound sand.

Whether or not you like or hate Jones, how/why did the FBI know to offer him a ride to the rally if it wasn’t a set-up? Bueller? Bueller?

Yeah, I would care to say ANYTIME the FBI offers you a ride anywhere, it is in your best interest to refuse it.
