I don't know by law if this is correct. I also don't know if the 16 states that called for the convention did include the 3 topic limit mentioned.

I can see some amendments such as limiting Congress from holding foreign stocks and equities of any kind.
I'm not a fan of term limits. I think experienced senators and congressmen are an asset. As long as they work in our best interest and not theirs. That's the problem. Character matters whether it's 1 term or 10.
