I’d love to see the number of people here who can do a 7 minute mile with 40 lbs of plate carrier armor and another 40 in ammo water and weapon. I would put a grand that it’s less than 5% who could without having a cardiac event.
I did my last D.C. Marathon in 2019 and could do it tomorrow if asked too for those wondering I’m not in anyway shape or form a fat body. Truth hurts but it’s necessary to effect change. Expecting your kids to fight your battles is a losing proposition.
