A solid majority of Americans know that the 2020 election was fraudulent. That’s a big problem for a country with a representative government, one in which the leaders are supposed to represent the will of the people. We’re a nation of laws ostensibly flowing from a Constitution that sets out explicit limitations on the federal government’s powers and protects a variety of citizens’ rights upon which said government cannot infringe. To the degree that a significant majority of citizens feel that the leader of this government was not constitutionally elected, that’s a problem.
For all its importance, our Constitution is nothing more than a piece of paper. It doesn’t make laws. It doesn’t have an army. It’s not the police. It’s just words on paper. It functions because Americans have confidence in its words as the foundation for the laws of our country and the guideposts governing the actions of those who actually control the army and the police and write the laws.
When that confidence is shaken, society’s foundation is shaken. While the fraudulent election of 2020 is not the first example of that shaken confidence in government, it’s easily the most important. From the economic upheavals wrought by the Industrial Revolution to widespread hopelessness during the Depression to the perceived fecklessness during the Vietnam War and economic malaise of the 60s and 70s, confidence in government has been shaken before but never before has the government’s legitimacy been in widespread doubt.
That changed with the 2020 election. Americans watched as the fraud played out in real-time, right in front of them. With violent riots in the streets that went unrestrained in the months leading up to the election, with courts inexplicably ignoring countless unconstitutional changes to voting laws,

I’d like to see some nation-wide TV advertising making 4 points —
- The oldest American on record died at age 119.
- In Wisconsin, over 100,000 people older than 124 voted in the 2020 election.
- Joe Biden won Wisconsin by just 20,000 votes.
- We should not trust politicians who don’t want investigations into possible election fraud.
We cannot, at this point, change the outcome of the 2020 election. But we can take steps to assure that the mistakes that led to the fraud and malfeasance shall not be repeated.
The power to make rules relating to elections at every level should NOT be delegated to the Federal government, under any circumstances. When the various states come up with really blatant mischief in setting these rules, however, the Federal judiciary has the obligation to step in and require that the rules be altered to stop the mischief, but not how the rules are to be changed. This is how the segregated districts created by gerrymandering have been broken up in the past, in that the boundary lines had to be drawn to meet the requirements of consistency, respect for existing municipal divisions and contiguous unity. A similar prohibition on certain practices, like ballot harvesting, unmonitored mail-in ballots, and third-party “lockboxes”, is also within the purview of the Federal oversight, but not the actual wording of the corrected laws.
Fake news.
The explanation has been published. Some law passed by Congress required central State voter registration. Wisconsin registrations were by towns, and when collected centrally a lot were missing DOB. The computers set a default DOB as 1/1/1900 and therefore a default registration date of 1/1/1918.
Obviously, no 18 year olds were registered to vote in Wisconsin on January 1 or any other date in 1918, since the voting age was 21 until 1971.
Take it up with Article I, section 4 where such power (over elections to Congress only) is explicitly granted.
I don’t know… With global nuclear war as the alternative, we might just find the willpower.
Thank you for posting this. I have raged on this issue more than a lot of people. But damnit I want my vote safeguarded! I want the same for all of us.
This is a freedom that must be protected at all costs or we effectively lose everything.
The disenfranchisement of our votes by states refusing to run clean elections is effectively an act of Civil War.
The only language they can understand is being “asked” to leave the Union
“Obviously, no 18 year olds were registered to vote in Wisconsin on January 1 or any other date in 1918, since”
So it should be 120 years old.
You somehow think that because they weren’t all actually born on Jan 1, 1900 that therefore all those registered voters must be fine and dandy.
Presidential elections are determined by the Electoral College, not by popular vote. Technically, the states are responsible for assuring the persons elected within that state are subject to the same laws as those that apply to members of Congress. If on the other hand, the electors are selected by the state legislature, the state legislature itself is subject to the state law in existence at the time of the selection. But state legislators have not selected the members of the Electoral College in a long time.
No, I don’t think all of hem are “fine and dandy”. I actually have no idea.
But, I think the State of Wisconsin explanation is EXACTLY how state bureaucrats responding to Federal mandates work, and is therefore plausible, and the most probable explanation for the glut of 1/1/1900 registrations.
There in lies the rub. There have been claims of fraud on one side and claims there was no fraud on the other. Until the matter is taken to court, the evidence is weighed, and a decision is handed down one way or the other then there is no legal grounds for withdrawing the votes. Even if that was even an option at this stage to begin with.
The pandemic no longer will allow their total control so now they will incite a war. Biden will then declare a national emergency and declare Marshal Law. Then he will cancel elections for November because of the danger to our democracy and all will remain the same. Dems really have no intention of losing power. They do not care about the low polls because they never intend to have an honest election again. They do not play fair or care about the American people.
PLEASE make THIS the big story of the day! They MUST either say YEA, or NAY...because what divides many Americans, is we felt there was massive fraud going on, and most of the fraud was INSIDER work of the same Government we were trying to elect. It HAS to come to the light. It must be seen and known exactly what went on. otherwise we will keep calling each other liars.
Yep. It has to be fixed. And soon.
The 2020 election was riddled with FRAUD ?
FRAUD !!!
You are confused. According to my liberal friends, the 2016 election was stolen by Trump and Russia but the 2020 election was immaculate. The most perfect election ever.
I have stumped a few with this question: "Why all the hysteria and panic to get the voting rights act passed if the 2020 election was such a flawless election process?"
It’s Still Timely And Necessary To Get The 2020 Election Right
Yes a recall election now that eyes have be opened.
Closet doors opening
Until this is fixed, everything that has come from this is as phony as the election.
Also a cleaver way to hide thousands of fake voters wouldn't you say?
