1. There are no Russian troops at the Ukrainian border because the maneuvers are taking place in Yelnya, which is closer to Moscow than to a Western border.

2. Putin, Lavrov, Russian military leaders have multiple times stated that Russia is not going to invade, nor they need to give the West any pretext to impose new sanctions with the NS2 pipeline certification pending.

3. Ukraine is hanging on ropes with the regime’s ratings hitting new lows every day. They have 9 million starving according to UNESCO right now.

Who and why needs to invade this country? To what ends?

“9 million starving”? Caught my attention given that Ukraine is second only to the United States in grain exports. UNESCO is not to be trusted.
