NEW YORK (AP) — Three studies released Friday offered more evidence that COVID-19 vaccines are standing up to the omicron variant, at least among people who received booster shots.
They are the first large U.S. studies to look at vaccine protection against omicron, health officials said.
Three shots of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines were about 67% effective against omicron-related symptomatic disease compared with unvaccinated people. Two doses, however, offered no significant protection against omicron, the researchers found.
“It really shows the important of getting a booster dose,” said the CDC’s Emma Accorsi, one of the study’s authors.

Perhaps IMMEDIATELY AFTER the shot, maybe, but within a few weeks, they lose effectiveness to,the pointmthatmthey are practically worthless
Besides, our own immune systems are 99.9% effective agaisnt covid znd variants overall. The shots are meant ONLY for the sickly and elderly with multiple comorbidities IF they feel like gambling with their health with vaccines that we,know are causing damage

At the beginning of this they said 2 shots were 90% effective. Now they are saying 3 shots are 68% effective.
I wonder how effective they will tell us the 4th shot will be.
Also, I am sure these esteemed and super smart scientists measured how much effect the time since last dose has. Meaning….were you just as protected if your “booster” occurred in September as if your “booster” occurred in November??
My guess is that they will end up finding out that you will be needing the vaccines in a constant IV drip to really be effective.

Speaking during remarks to a J.P. Morgan healthcare conference this week, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla openly stated current vaccines the company developed for Wuhan coronavirus offer “limited, if any” protection against contracting current variants of the disease. He then encouraged booster shots.
The statement from Bourla comes as the Biden administration continues to justify vaccine mandates for federal workers, contractors and private businesses. The Supreme Court heard arguments about President Biden’s mandates for private companies and medical workers last week. A ruling is expected soon on the constitutionality of the mandates.
A number of people who have pointed out the waning efficacy of Pfizer’s vaccines, which Bourla touted last year as being “100 percent” effective against contracting or transmitting the virus, have been banned by social media companies.

Omicron Makes Biden’s Vaccine Mandates Obsolete

One preprint study found that after 30 days the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines no longer had any statistically significant positive effect against Omicron infection, and after 90 days, their effect went negative—i.e., vaccinated people were more susceptible to Omicron infection. Confirming this negative efficacy finding, data from Denmark and the Canadian province of Ontario indicate that vaccinated people have higher rates of Omicron infection than unvaccinated people.

It needed to happen to justify the cheat-by-mail-in votes to steal the 2020 election with.
All of those clot-shot deaths did not and will not matter. They got rid of Trump, so the ends justified the means.
This was the entire reason that over-the-counter curatives like HCQ and ivermectin were suppressed and ridiculed -- they undermined the reason for the cheat-by-mail-in ballots, since you could supposedly die standing in line to vote.
These people (Faui, CDC, FDA, Democrats and their RINO enablers) have blood on their hands, but I have no confidence at all that they will ever be brought to justice.
Yet the Pfizer CEO says they do nothing for Omicron and they’re hoping to have a new vaccine in available in March.
The CDC just needs to be shut down at this point.
