Call Kalitta Cargo airlines
THEY flew Americans out of Wuhan when USA commercial AL pilots refused to do so.
Kalitta took at least 3 planeloads in to March AFB.

In a previous life, we did business with a lot of Hong Kong companies. This was when China and Great Britain signed the special administrative region status which was supposed to be honored for 50 years.
We aren't even into year 30.
But nobody trusts the ChiComs less than their fellow Chinese. Some of the top Hong Kong people just left during that time to favored foreign destinations. Canada was one of them because if you had money and skillsets, three years or less was standard to earn citizenship. Vancouver and Toronto both have very large Chinatowns.
