So it should be made easier to remove old laws. How about it only takes a 40% vote to delete a law from the books?
We would be a better country with less legislation. Let's make it easy to reduce the amount.

The Constitution needs to be Amended to make it necessary to get a 60% vote to pass legislation in both The House and The Senate. Only caveat would be that only a simple majority is needed when a law is repealed.
