Biden in 2024 will be the mental equivalent of a two-week-old meatloaf, left in the trunk of a car, in long term parking at the airport, in Summer.
Van Jones most likely has other motives behind his comment.
Just a guess, he knows Biden is going down in flames and is a better play to position himself for the Dem candidate of the future.

Biden doesn’t need drugs his mind is always on a trip some where and some times it doesn’t come back for a long time.
