Maybe so, but seeing how she marched up to those kids, ranted at them, spit on them and then stalked away in a huff, it doesn’t seem likely that they did anything immediately prior to the confrontation to provoke it.

How much air time nationwide would CNN et al be giving this if the kids were black or Muslim? The severity of the crime is determined by the ethnicity of the victim.
Traditional religious Jewish boys and men are very identifiable. Kippas and black hats, black and white clothes, fringes showing under shirts, untrimmed sidelocks, etc.
