I can tell you with great certainty what it is in Brooklyn.
With the exception of a particularly horrid fourth grade teacher when I attended public school in the USA, I can assure you my personal experience is that 80% of antisemitism in the USA is done by blacks and Muslims (a group that overlaps), followed by Hispanics.
Excepting an occasional nutter on FR that is immediately outed (and probably a Democrat troll) it’s certainly not a wide spread white person issue.
Important question. I remember a NY Post article that said 80% of hate crimes in NY City were committed by minorities.
